Ms Lo Chi Man is the Assistant General Manager of Macau Urban Renewal Limited. Over her 20 years career in Singapore 

prefabrication construction industry, she had involved several significant prefabrication projects including Government, Singapore 

Public Housing, private residential, industrial, commercial and institutional sectors, completed more than 100 prefabrication projects.

 She received her Master Degree from Nanyang Technological University, Singapore in 2018. She participated the software development 

of precast BIM model and precast design analysis.
