Speaker：
Dr. Lee Hay Ip was born and raised in Macau and graduated from Yuat Wah College. He then received his Bachelor of Science (1981) , Master of Science (1982), and Doctor of Philosophy degrees (1986) in Civil and Geotechnical Engineering from University of California at Berkeley. He has over 36 years of practical experience in civil engineering. He is Honorary President of The Macau Geotechnical Society, President of the Macau Engineering Consultant Association, and a Member of Macau World Heritage Committee under the Institute of Cultures.
